Crays Business Nomads Association
We connect members, creators, builders, investors and travelers with real places, events and partner projects. This is the community layer that helps Crays understand what people actually want to use before projects ask for capital.
For LPs and project partners, the value is practical: community interest can become an early demand signal, while any fund investment still depends on our own diligence, documentation and investor suitability.
Vision 2035
We turn digital community into real places people can use: clubs, resorts, coffee shops, events, residences, venues and partner businesses. Members do not just follow a brand; they help reveal which places and projects deserve attention.
The long-term ambition is a global member network where membership, hospitality, community and capital can reinforce one another. Useful projects earn trust from members first, then move into the right partner, operator or fund review path.
Why It Exists
Our Association gives the ecosystem a place for members, operators, investors, creators, hospitality venues and partners to meet around real projects and shared standards.
It supports demand generation, project intake, marketing, partner networks and brand building while partners remain economically independent and any fund decision stays with the responsible fund team or manager.
Coordinate councils, memberships, project review, voting logic and member participation.
Provide shared standards for brand use, community growth, app layers, services and ecosystem funding routes.
Bring finance, builders, makers, venues, creators, travelers, and fans into one operating network.
Turn many independent projects into a shared flywheel of demand, data, reputation, and revenue.
Membership Demand Layer
We connect people, venues and projects across the Crays ecosystem. For the fund platform, that matters because member interest can show which locations, concepts and teams deserve a closer look before capital is considered.
Members discover places, events, partners and opportunities through a recognizable Crays community layer.
Digital tools should make access, booking, service and communication easier without becoming the story.
The association and community help test demand; our fund team and partners decide what is ready for professional review.
Rooted In Real-World Business
We bring community, hospitality, technology and capital around real assets and operating businesses. Projects can earn attention through member demand, then move toward the right operator, partner or professional fund review.
Institutional review of properties, venues and operating concepts that can benefit from our demand and brand standards.
Shared standards help partners understand what a Crays location, event or hospitality experience should deliver.
Digital identity, booking, payments, reporting and member tools support better service and clearer demand signals.
Culture, events and community touchpoints help convert attention into real-world usage, partnerships and repeatable demand.
The Crays World
We help entrepreneurs, operators and asset owners connect premium places with a member community, brand standards and capital pathways. The goal is simple: more useful venues, stronger demand and better execution discipline.
Plug into Crays' stack for smooth, hassle-free operations. We make members' lives easier by multiplying revenue streams and connecting demand to venues. The cultural layer is built for the places people already care about, from Formula 1 in Singapore and party islands to Art Basel Miami, Lollapalooza Berlin, Rock am Ring, and Rock in Rio.
The Crays Brand Layer
To understand our model, start with the brand: it gives independent partners a recognizable standard for places, services, events and community experience.
Projects can apply for alignment with Crays standards. If the community response is strong and the professional case holds up, the right projects can move toward partner rollout, operator execution or fund review.
Trademarks, software, operating principles and service expectations help partners stay consistent.
Verified partners can adopt the Crays brand through individually agreed terms and project approvals.
Licensing, services, reporting and revenue participation can be documented in local partner agreements.
Member feedback helps show which concepts feel useful before capital and rollout decisions are made.

Member Technology
We use digital tools only where they make the physical network better: identity, access, booking, communication, payments, reporting and member context. The value for LPs is not software for its own sake; it is clearer demand, better utilization and a more connected operating model.
Properties, memberships, services and partner projects become easier to evaluate when demand is visible and documented.
Members should be able to discover, book, enter and enjoy Crays places through one familiar experience.
International members and partners need simple payments, communication and service workflows across destinations.
Capital should support assets and businesses that show real utility, not abstract technology narratives.
Community feedback helps create an early signal while professional underwriting stays with our fund team and relevant partners.
Who We Build For
Our Association brings together builders, makers, travelers, operators, investors and creators who want community to become useful in real places.
Members can discover new places, meet partners, join events, support projects and help reveal where demand is real. For our fund platform, that community signal can make project sourcing more informed before any fund-level diligence begins.
The network is shaped by people who care about music, fashion, architecture, art, technology, hospitality, capital and international lifestyle.
Crays inspires us to focus on what truly matters in life.
Mental freedom, creative use of spaces, and shared community experiences.
Take care of your family, friends, and everyone at Crays.
You are what you believe.
Work how you want, where you want, and whenever you want.
Grow relationships, not just transactions.
Don't be cool. Ask stupid questions.
Live your life sustainably, in a green and healthy way.
Be whatever you want to be, but always be nice and honest.
Great organizations are driven by purpose, not profit alone.
Young is a state of mind.
Think different. Change lives.
Hospitality Infrastructure
Our technology should help venues serve members better: access control, booking, communication, payments, offers, service requests, introductions and reporting in one practical operating layer.
The app and venue tools are meant to connect creators, guests, members, operators and lifestyle partners inside real-world hospitality spaces.
For capital partners, the important point is measurable usage: better occupancy, stronger events, clearer guest behavior and more repeatable operating playbooks.
A practical setup for venues that can support local services, member recognition and in-person interaction.
Members and guests can use their phones for access, service, discovery, payments and event participation.
Reservations, deposits, tips, event access, partner offers and service orders become easier to capture.
Membership rights, preferred access and partner benefits can be handled through documented rules and permissions.
AI-supported coordination can help translate member intent into recommendations, bookings and introductions.
PMS, booking engine, POS, CRM, loyalty, reporting and revenue management can connect into one partner workflow.
Member Access Meets The Real World
A Crays venue should recognize members, make service easier and help guests find the right rooms, events, people and experiences without friction.
Hotels, clubs, beach venues, festivals, rooftops, yachts, airports and cultural spaces can become local Crays touchpoints when the operator, community and business case fit.
Swiss Association Model
A Swiss association is a flexible legal structure for non-commercial purposes that can still carry out limited commercial activity. It typically requires at least three founding members and is often governed by one-member-one-vote logic, although governance can be customized within legal limits.
On this website, the distinction is important: the Association supports membership, standards, community signal and project intake. We operate the fund platform on our own account and make fund decisions through professional diligence, documentation and investor suitability.
That keeps the public message clean for LPs, while still giving partners and projects a visible path into the Crays network.
Mission, standards, membership, partner alignment and ecosystem coordination.
Finance, technology, real estate, hospitality, retail, marketing and network growth expertise.
Member voting and feedback can show demand before projects enter deeper partner or fund review.
Independent economic actors can build under the Crays brand while using common infrastructure and standards.
Brand rights, licensing mechanics and usage contracts can be documented for approved partners.
The association supports membership, development, infrastructure, marketing, sales, and ecosystem growth.
Founder Motivation
For two decades, the Crays founder lived on the move for 250 to 300 days a year across 121 countries. As a traveler, the missing piece became clear: real connection, seamless living, and hospitality spaces that truly bring people together.
Our answer is much more than an app: a full ecosystem that exists physically and digitally. We connect people through community and technology, transforming venues into smart local hubs that grow into a global network of like-minded individuals.
The fund platform takes that lived insight and applies investor discipline: source projects from the network, listen to community demand, then evaluate only the opportunities that can stand up to professional underwriting.
Roadmap
The roadmap shows how attention, community demand and operator execution can move into better venues, clearer data and more credible capital conversations.
May 2026
Phase 1 | Going to market
We grow the audience around creators, members, events and partner locations so the ecosystem can see where attention becomes repeat usage.
The goal is to connect social interest with real places: clubs, hotels, coffee shops, residences, events and hospitality partners.
Strong signals can help our fund team and partners identify which concepts deserve deeper review.

Phase 2 | Venue rollout
The app expands into hospitality spaces with access, booking, service and member features designed for real venues.
Guests can discover people, make reservations, order food and drinks, join events and receive better service inside the building.

Phase 3 | AI coordination
Phase 3 connects member context, venue operations, payments, service and reporting into better hospitality workflows.
The system interprets real-time intent from profiles, posts, location signals, payments, and reputation, then translates that intent into matching, recommendations, bookings, deposits, payments, loyalty, and high-context direct introductions.
Hospitality partners receive a full-stack software layer with PMS, booking engine, POS, CRM, loyalty and revenue management. Passive apps give way to tools that help operators act on real-world demand.
