A Swiss association is a flexible legal structure for non-commercial purposes that can still carry out limited commercial activity. It typically requires at least three founding members and is often governed by one-member-one-vote logic, although governance can be customized within legal limits.
The association can support tokenized and DAO-like structures, including tokenized membership rights within limits. Profits must serve the association's purpose and cannot simply be distributed to members, so the economic upside should be structured through partner companies, services, licensing, funds, operating entities, or approved project vehicles.

Capture Attention
Crays will onboard content creators and replace Link.me-style profile tools with Crays Nostr profile URLs. Creators can keep all other platforms, while Crays becomes an additional and stronger option.
The major creator advantage is 0% fees on content sold to fans via Lightning BTC, compared with high fees on other platforms. Fans follow creators to buy content, and the same app brings them into partner lifestyle venues.
As one of the next 2026 releases, Crays plans to utilize RGB for creator content asset sales with Lightning payments in the first half of the year, depending on RGB stability, community support, and testing.

Introduce the Crays Super Node hardware
The app expands into hospitality spaces with in-venue features and local mesh networks. Each venue operates as a Nostr relay and local closed community mesh network, moving lifestyle hospitality toward Bitcoin-native payments.
Guests can match and meet new people, message offline, make reservations, order drinks and food, and complete payments via Lightning. Local peer-to-peer mesh networking brings personality matching, mood syncing, and hospitality services directly inside the building.

Phase 3 integrates OpenClaw as an autonomous decision layer on top of the Crays Nostr client, the in-venue mesh network, POS services, and the Bitcoin Lightning payment network.
