This Data Protection Notice is issued by Portara Master Fund SCSp, a Luxembourg Special Limited Partnership (SCSp - Société en commandite spéciale), registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number B283970 and located at 2 Place de Strasbourg, L-2562 Luxembourg, Luxembourg. The fund vehicle is in operation. Portara Capital GP S.à r.l., located at the same address, acts as general partner (GP) of Portara Master Fund SCSp.

This Data Protection Notice aligns with the Crays Privacy Policy and applies to the Crays web app, iOS app, Android app, browser extension, premium offerings and hosted wallet services.

Crays applies purpose limitation, data minimization, and privacy-by-design principles. Personal data is processed only when required for service delivery, user support, legal compliance, or security operations.

2. Lawful and Transparent Processing

Data is processed for specific and transparent purposes. Public profile details shared to the Nostr network are user-submitted and publicly visible by design. Wallet and support data are handled under service and compliance requirements.

3. Security and Retention

Crays uses technical and organizational safeguards to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal information. Data is retained no longer than necessary for legal obligations, service needs, or dispute resolution.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Crays does not sell personal information. Data is shared only where legally required or where needed for service delivery, such as hosted wallet operations with authorized partners.

5. User Rights

Users can request information access, corrections, and where applicable, deletion or deactivation. Requests are handled in line with legal and operational constraints.
