Crays Terms of Service

This Agreement is between you and Portara Master Fund SCSp, a Luxembourg Special Limited Partnership (SCSp - Société en commandite spéciale) registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number B283970, located at 2 Place de Strasbourg, L-2562 Luxembourg, Luxembourg. The fund vehicle is in operation. Portara Capital GP S.à r.l., located at the same address, acts as general partner (GP) of Portara Master Fund SCSp.

By using Crays services (including web, mobile, browser extension, premium and hosted wallet services), you agree to these terms, applicable policies, and any relevant third-party terms required to operate specific features.

1. Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. You are responsible for lawful and respectful use of the services and must not submit prohibited, harmful, or illegal content.

2. Account and Key Responsibility

You are responsible for securing your private keys and credentials. Crays cannot recover lost private keys and is not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials.

3. Premium Services

Premium subscriptions provide additional features and are subject to plan duration, renewal and expiration rules. Benefits may end after expiration or grace periods.

4. Hosted Wallet Service

Hosted Wallet is optional and intended for small operational balances. By using hosted wallet features, you accept service, compliance, and transaction limitations as published by Crays and authorized partners.

5. Suspension or Termination

Crays may suspend, modify, or terminate access where required by law, compliance, security concerns, or material terms violations.

6. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for specific purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Crays and affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages and may apply contractual liability caps where enforceable.

8. Changes to Terms

Crays may update these terms and related policies from time to time. Continued service use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by applicable law as specified by Crays legal entity and operational framework.
